On October 22, 2009 Razumkov Centre, as part of a joint project with the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House, UK) and Nicolae Titulescu European Foundation (Romania), held a round-table «Ukraine, Romania and the Black Sea region». The round-table was attended by high-level experts, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence, heads of state and non-governmental research organizations. During the round-table the following issues were discussed: - Challenges to the security in the Black Sea region.
- Russian vector and European Neighbourhood Policy: Is the common approach possible?
- Moldova between the EU and Russia: how to reduce the differences?
- Helsinki principles and system of minority rights.
